The DoubleTree by Hilton is a four star hotel with 183 rooms and 9 conference centres. The 11 339m² hotel forms part of the Upper Eastside, a mixed-use development located in Woodstock, Cape Town.

The hotel received their 5 Star Green Star SA Existing Building Certification in April 2016.

Misplon Green Building Consulting (Pty) LTD was appointed as the Green Star Accredited Professional on the project to manage the submission and certification of the building.
